hi mga kas spies, ask ko lang baka may alam sa inyo kung paano mag setup ng home base call center sa philippines.

meron kami dito na small transport business sa australia. need namin nag tatagap ng call from client to book. then call our driver for them to pick up yung mga guest.

we have target market in Europe and Trinidad and Tobago thats why we can't just use Magic Jack... or try mo magic jack and just pay extra for extra countries pareho din yan but magic jack is much cheaper I think if you want a number in Australia using Magic Jack just add $20. a year still way cheap

mostly sir na mga nakikita ko na dialer ay for outgoing calls lang walang inbound calls.  baka merona kayo alam thanks ng marami

US and Canada pero you pay EXTRA so you could call and receive calls in the country you wanted

That EXTRA cost is not much compare sa ibang VoiP..

Dolphin has inbound and out bound calls you CAN have your own Toll FREE number yung 1-800- number!!

I am 100% sure sa magic jack I have been using Magic Jack since 2009 hindi pa magic jack plus now I have 6 magic jacks and 2 are regular  4 are Magic Jack Plus.... sa Dolphin Dialer eh from our client but we use Magic jack for Europe account and Australian account may option yan when you renew your magic jack sa left side.

Nakausap ko na yung sa Dolphin wala bro outbound lang sila then us and Canada lang sila..  Yes you can use magic jack to call Australia but you cannot have phone number of Australia.  Bali US and Canada number yan punang tatawag mo sa australia.

Ang need namin ay local number na tatawagan ng mga taga dito sa australia then ang sasagot ay yung nasa pinas

TANGA PALA tong taga Dolphin eh... sabi nila merung inbound kasi may plans kmi to expand sa inbound sila mag provide ng technology

Ok here is another resort mo pare set up a 1-800 numner yung toll free para free and caller na clients mo ikaw lang ang magbabayad!!
