ARRC pro­poses to develop the Philip­pine Air force’s Danilo Atienza Air­base and reclaim a por­tion of Manila Bay sur­round­ing area of into a world class Inter­na­tional Air­port designed not only to ease the con­ges­tion of the Manila’s Ninoy Aquino Inter­na­tional Air­port but to pro­vide pas­sen­gers and tourists with a more plea­sur­able and mem­o­rable expe­ri­ence through ultra mod­ern facil­i­ties and con­ve­niences.

There are two phases to this project:

Phase 1: (Tar­get Date 2014−2018−20)

Recla­ma­tion of 2,500 hectares on the flight line side of the Danilo Atienza Air­base.

Cre­ation and devel­op­ment of a pas­sen­ger ter­mi­nal and two-way run­way sys­tem in order to increase the cur­rent capac­ity of the Ninoy Aquino Inter­na­tional air­port (NAIA) from approx­i­mately 31 Mil­lion pas­sen­gers to 50 Mil­lion pas­sen­gers per year.

Phase 2: (2020−2025)

Relo­ca­tion of the cur­rent Danilo Atienza AB to run­way 6 – 24 of the NAIA com­plex.

Instal­la­tion of a Next Gen­er­a­tion (NextGen) Air Trans­porta­tion Sys­tem to help man­age Metro Manila air traf­fic.

Oper­a­tion and man­age­ment of a ferry ser­vice between Danilo Atienza AB and Boule­vard 2000 Area. Devel­op­ment of an addi­tional 30 Mil­lion passengers-per-year Air­port Ter­mi­nal and the con­struc­tion of the Sec­ond Run­way Sys­tem.

Ok lang sakin yan pero sana wag ng Aquino ipangalan. Aquino nanaman eh andyan na nga yung NAIA.

tignan mo yung mga project ni gma cancelled tapos kapag na tapos term nga ma cancelled lang yan unless hahawakin ng aquino ang buong pinas

100 years from now. di pwede tapyasan ung ibang pondo ng gobyerno. they should fix the poverty and economy first. bakit kailangan hawakan ang pilipinas ng isang pamilya di naman kanila? ilang percent ba ng espiya members ang may utak? nasa management yan. hanggat may kurap.

bakit kailangan naka pangalan lagi sa mga Aquino  ???, pucha yung MIA dati ginawa na nilang NAIA dipa nakuntento pati yung PAW ginawa nading NAPAW  gun::

Maganda sana Kung gagawin Ito ng Walang corruption. Baka Ang budget 100billion Tapos Ang kickback ng lahat ng mag approve worth 50billion. Kalalabasan nun pinoy Lang Ang magbabayad ng Mga kikitain ng Mga corrupt officials. Tapos malalaman pa natin na substandard Ang airport isang lindol Lang guguho na agad. Yung 50billion pala eh worth 1billion Lang.

Kailangan muna natin linisin Ang gobyerno. Kasi kahit anong proyektong Gawin, siguradong lolokohin Lang nila Ang Pilipino. Malaki pa Ang kickback kesa sa benefit ng Mga pinoy
