By way of reply to bro idiot's concerns on inflation rate. Below is the latest data on the Philippine inflation rate for May 2013:

Quote
MANILA, Philippines - Prices of goods and services in the country stayed flat at 2.6 percent in May amid mixed price movements among commodity groups, the National Statistics Office reported on Wednesday.

The indices for food and non-alcoholic beverages and housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels registered higher rates while the indices of seven other commodity groups slowed down. The index for transport dipped while the education index retained its previous month’s rate, the state agency said.

“This still leads us to an average inflation rate of 3 percent for the first five months of 2013, exactly at the low-end of the Development Budget Coordination Committee's inflation target of 3 to 5 percent for 2013,” Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Arsenio Balisacan said.

Inflation a year ago was at 2.9 percent.

Headline inflation in the National Capital Region (NCR) grew to 1.8 percent in May, slightly higher than the 1.7 percent posted the previous month. A year ago, it was at 2.3 percent.

Meanwhile, areas outside NCR inched slightly upward from 2.8 percent in April to 2.9 percent in May

as I progress some lectures about economics na sobrang dami ng terms

GDP grows the approach I will used is spending or called expenditure approach

kaya tumaas ang GDP sabi nila naglabas ng maraming pera due to election

therefore we will experience money inflation or sudden price increase

this is for cooking oil only

630/17 kilos before and after election

680/17 a month after election

750/17  a few weeks after my post

then sugar, then gasoline, then wheat

to some economics correct me if I'm wrong

naglabas ng pera noon election Mr. european the lecturer told us ma swerte ang mga gagamit ng pera noon election. the first one who used the money will be benefited because they have doubled their purchasing power resulting to increased spending, resulting to increase GDP

the problem is people who save their money to spend later it is called the inflation tax   will face the brute force of sudden increase of prices in May they don't experience it because the supply is ample kaya flat line yan instead a curve line ang inflation and to conditioned the mind of the reader okay ang bansa

then a sudden demand result to sudden scarcity in economics some analyst don't used the word shortages instead they used scarcity dahil gusto gusto ng mga journalist yung word na shortages

another problem

people knew prices will increase therefore triggering hoarding and hoarding will result faster price increase this is what happen in cooking oil sudden jump just two weeks, 20 pesos for flour, i don't know for gasoline, then sugar,

to undestand a business you need to be a business man makikita mo ang mga sekreto bakit ganito or ganire

example
nabili mo 2010 worth 1M
next year 2011 900k ang worth nun
next year 2012 800k na lang so on and so forth pagdating sa 2015 either piso or 500k na lang ang worth ng sasakyan hehehhehehe
