Things have gotten so bad that Bynes neighbors compared her to "Linda Blair in the 'Exorcist'" and after hearing their descriptions of her behavior, it does not sound far off.


Neighbors say she wanders the halls muttering to herself. They say she stares blankly at them and that people are terrified to be alone with her. She knocked on one woman’s door, and when it opened, she screamed "You’re ugly,"and ran away.





hala, I hope she gets back on her medication, stat and that her neighbors are blissfully free of a horror movie in their own building.
