Hi guys, just want to update you on this thread, as more than a year ago, I shared the nature of my business.
In my first post, I said that my capital was 600k. And I was earning almost 60k a month. Yes, this is true until....
My loan agent decided to get away with my money. Yes, tinakbo nya. Almost 800k din ang natakbo nya, since 150k pang galing sa labas (bakas).
To cut the story short, we were able to arrive at a settlement. Palugi ang settlement, pero thats better than nothing.
Now, I still have the loaning business, but with much less capital. The difference this time is that I dont have anymore a loan agent (no man-in-the-middle). Si misis na kasosyo ko dito. Ako ang taga finance, sya ang taga hanap ng clients at taga singil.
Advice ko sa balak magnegosyo, wag gaanong agresibo. At magtira kayo para sa sarili nyo. I earn 40k dito sa negyoso na to, 25k of which, nilalagay ko sa savings. Also, minimize the involvement of other people. Hanggang maaring kayo ang maghandle, gawin nyo.
