try researching on bodybuilding.com for workout plans.
3-4x/week workout days is all right. some articles even say that 2x/week is enough to build mass already.
just go with the proper form always whenever lifting weights to avoid injury and to keep on track with your progress and program.

for supplements, i read a lot of people suggested using creatine. it does help a lot with explosiveness but we aware that it dehydrates you fast, so always drink lots of fluids when lifting. for protein supplements, i used to drink nitrotech, it bulks you up relatively quick. i used to weight 140lbs but when i started using nitrotech my mass shooted up to 160 in a couple of months. in a year i was about 175lbs already. another good brand i know is celltech.

good luck! dont forget to stretch before and after lifting, its the stretch that stimulates the muscles to grow. and lots of rest!

I personally experience soreness that lasts from a few hours to 2 days max.. As many peeps have mentioned maintain proper form when lifting especially when doing deadlifts.. assuming that is where you got your soreness. Many experienced lifters in the gym still make the mistake when doing this exercise.
People tend to train their body parts unevenly thats how injuries happen. So sa mga compound exercises yung mga weaknesses ma eexpose kaya hindi mo magagawa yung tamang postura.
Identify those weaknesses and huwag pilitin mag heavy if not doing the correct or proper form.

Why not? But at this point kelangan masagot mo sa sarili mo muna ang tanong "Why do I need it?".  Kapag alam mo na kung bakit mo kailangan always prioritize natural or food sources where you can get it.

If you ask me you are already taking plenty of supplements for a beginner. Ang mga beginners sa gym namin before sinusuggest lang mag whey usually after a month of training. Prior to that point puro kain lang ng kain ang diet plan nila which mostly consists of brown rice or complex carbo and high protein foods. So what natural food source can you get it from? Beef has creatine, fish has some too. Although cooking degrades the amount of creatine. Kaya I like my steaks medium rare, yung madugo dugo pa hehe

You have to avoid the mentality na the more supplements = the more results. I daan mo sa pagkain and you will definitely have the same results.

I dread Legs day as well. But we all have to go through it. Medyo mas dedicated na lang ako ngayon sa legs and force myself to do it twice a week.

I would still suggest sticking to the basics and compound exercises. Less is always more  ;)

Squats - there are many variations. But stick to back squats for the mean time.
Stiff-legged Deadlifts or Lunges on some days.
One legged Leg Press (L/R).
Leg curls.

Imo leg extensions are really just for aesthetics so I rarely do them nowadays.

Cheers

Ilang servings a day ba dapat itake ko? During workout days lang ba o pwede araw-araw panghalo sa morning beverage?

You are trying to gain mass sir, so dapat naka caloric surplus ka palagi. How much servings? Depends on how much calories you intend to take everyday. Eat more than the usual and then probably 1 serving (4 scoops) daily for starters.

My body doesn't really like too much carbs in the morning, I would rather have a high fat and protein breakfast,as carbs me sleepy and hungrier faster. I would suggest to either spread the 4 scoops throughout the day, or divide mo as a drink for your meryenda and dinner.

I usually do a separate day for calves. Just so I can be more explosive and do heavier sets or reps with it.

Pero minsan talaga you just have to accept na meron tayong mga "lagging" body parts. And don't expect any noticeable changes in a matter of weeks. Always think of these effect in years.

Just remember, if its getting stronger then you are doing the right thing.

Cool. Just don't overtrain the calves. They are stimulated enough with every day walking.

I normally buy sa Cash and Carry sa Filmore St. Makati. Sa Mezzanine level nila maraming mga imported goods.
