Mga Sir,

May nakaexperience na ba dito sa atin na mablock yung pldt public ip address sa any Google E-mai Account?
Wala kasing kwenta ung customer service ni pldt. Eto ung bounce message.

You may be barking at the wrong tree. Base sa message, gmail ang nag-block ng IP nyo. Wala bang problem sa pag-access ng Yahoo or other websites? Kung wala, hindi PLDT ang may problem. Na-check nyo na rin ba ung network nyo for unusually high outgoing traffic? Baka may naka-hack sa system nyo at nagppass-through ng unsolicited emails? O baka nags-send talaga kayo ng unsolicited email at may nagreklamo sa inyo.

Yes. Nahack nga ung isang E-mail account namin , yun yung cause ng pagsesend ng account na un ng multiple emails sa gmail. Kaya detected na kami sa kanila na block or threat as spam.

Try mo po pumunta sa http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ check mo kung naka list dun yung public ip mo. If nandoon . i-delist mo.

Already tried it last week. Pero until now di pa rin unblocked e.

Yang IP nyo sir nagsend ng spam, nakaflag ang IP nyo blacklisted pag me paypal kayo ingats kasi maglilimited yang account nyo sa paypal and so on and so forth.  Visit http://www.dnsbl.info/ and http://www.dnsbl.info/blacklist-removal.php . For temporary solution gamit muna kayo ng vpn or proxy.

Whoops. In that case Google ang kailangan nyo i-contact. Kailangan ng onti pasensya sa google kasi wala silang call center. Email/forum support lang available. Bad trip pa, hindi sila magbibigay ng timeframe kung kelan mare-restore. Automated kasi ung filtering nila. Take note that Google maintains its own list of blocked IPs, so unlisting your IP in other sites is pointless. For now, proxy nga lang ang mabuting option. Pede rin kayo magpapalit ng IP sa PLDT, pero I doubt na libre yun at malaking effort kung may public website kayo at programmer na mahilig maghardcode ng IP.

Indeed. Nagfill-up na rin ako ng form sa google, pero wala namang reply sa email ko.

Hehe... Trial & error na lang. Ang bad experience ko dyan sa Google e kahit nung naayos na yung issue namin, wala pa rin sila email na naayos na nila.
