Smart Bro data capped?

Mga tol totoo ba na (PLAN 999)15 gig ang capped ng smart bro every month then after that magiging 200 kbps na ang speed mo?

SmartBro user ako pre. Parang wala naman cap, nagDDL ako ng movies mga 2gb up isa, siguro atleast 5 movies a month. Bukod pa yung games and Stream  ko sa youtube. hindi naman nagbabago yung speed ko.  toast::

Magiging capped lang ang internet connection mo when you register sa 4g services nila pero if you go on normal 3g no capping ang internet
