June 29, 2012 around 8:30 to 9:00pm i was shopping on the second floor on the men's wear area, i was looking for polo long sleeves for my new set of clothes. a few minutes after, i was ready to pay those long sleeves at counter 5 and suddenly came up to my mind that i want something white to wear, so i roamed around the area looked for white short sleeves polo and i asked your staff if there is an available style that i need,..
after a few steps as i walk away from the staff i got surprised that the she ran over me and handed a 1 thousand peso bill and said that i dropped it, quickly checked my pocket found out that i really dropped it concluding the time i pulled out my cellphone, i got shocked, i was so speechless for a few seconds and a "thank you" word just came out from my mouth with a heart melting feeling, the feeling that you thanked someone sincerely,,
i'm still speechless until i reached the counter to pay the clothes i chose to buy, something bothered me while paying and i felt like my "thank you" is not enough so i just made a decision to look for a supervisor/manager to spoke with where i can hand over the news, unfortunately their superiors are not available at the moment until if i can wait for some few minutes, so just an assistant supervisor entertained me and just requested me to fill up a survey/commendation form for me to share my experience, and im done paying and filling up the form then went back to the lady and said thanks again, i asked her if i can take her picture using my device before i leave..
...on my way out i still don't feel satisfied on what i did for her to be commended so i decided to look for this page to spread the news, so i would like everyone to know, SM authorities/superiors or anyone who can acknowledge this.. i would like to commend your staff from SM makati 2nd floor mens area named Maricel for being honest, truthful, trustworthy and many more values your staff has..
Konti na lang silang ganyan sa mundo at dapat bigyan sila ng magandang parangal.. im very proud on what you have to make your business/company have a success.. kung ako siguro yun baka binulsa ko na ung 1000 peso bill na un "finders keepers" pero si maricel hinabol pa ako at ibinalik nya.. i am an employee from a BPO not being boastful earning something great from just sitting and easy job, where i can get to go shopping from what im getting, but your staff standing almost all the time of their shift, somehow on a high heels which i can feel very tiring and we all know the fact that they are just earning something that will just cover some part of their expenses.
sa hirap ng buhay ngayon pag nakakita ka ba ng 1000 peso bill aminin natin na papasok sa isip natin na ibulsa iyon.. pero si Maricel hindi.. salamat maricel..
PS: i understand FRISKING.. but still, if there is a will then there is a way, kung gusto talaga ni maricel ung pera eh makaka gawa siya ng paraan para maipuslit yun.. the bottom line, as a customer.. i felt her being honest to me.. "
