patulong naman po, ano po pwde gawin, everytime po na magising ako ng madaling araw para umihi,
di na po ako makatulog.

pag nag iisa ako sa kuwarto at ganyan nangyayari sa akin nagbabate na lang ako, pag nilabasan ako makakatulog na ko ulet. try it.

wala naman pero kung tao may insomnia ka tulad ko, hindi maganda effect niyan kasi instead na nakakatulog ako sumasakit lang ulo ko dahil antok na ako pero di pa rin ako makatulog.

try mo makinig ng mga relaxing music yung pang meditation baka magwork

anong oras ka pala natutulog

kase misconception na yung 8 hours of sleep

6-7 hours of sleep is considered now healthy

tsaka bago ka matulog huwag kang iinom ng tubig or coffee

tsaka umihi ka bago matulog

baka naman sir marami ka iniisip kaya hirap ka na makatulog, or hindi comfortable yung hinihigaan mo o kaya naman ay masyado malamig o mainit sa kwarto mo, sa pagkakaalam ko may certain degrees din na kailangan para mas madali makatulog  ang tao.

Hindi naman kailangan vitamin. Minsan sanayan lang din yan. Subukan mo huwag uminom ng tubig bago matulog.

Note : 3am is consider as WITCHING TIME. It means if you always awaken at 3am there is somebody watching you!
