Register ka dito http://store.steampowered.com/ and install mo din yung steam.

Then answer mo tong survey here http://www.dota2.com/survey/experience/
and wait for the beta key.

Or ask for some invites from our fellow espiyas. Sa ngayon wala ko invites eh naubos na.
Pero malamang meron tayo dyan mga Ka-espiya na may invites pa. You still need to reg
and install steam to play DotA 2 khit from invitation lang.
