Hi this is Princess legaspi.. Please tell the guy who posted my photo to remove the photo with the pink bra and pants. Walang permission yan from the photographer and sakin, Princess legaspi. Kindly remove to avoid being reported. Thank you.
san mo naman po kayo mag rereport?
i believe NBI Cyber Crime Division are the proper authorities to handle matters like this
ano naman ang basis niya para magreport? hindi naman copy righted ang image mukhang galing pa sa fb kaya im wondering kung ano pwede i-kaso dito
in simpler terms if someone finds you hondsum and uses your pic and posts it on websites like blogs and forums(IE Espiya) and you want them removed YOU HAVE THE RIGHT to have them removedeh ang stigma kasi ng Espiya.net eh Prostitution and Scandal Site kaya siguro pinapatangal
as what i have heard pag na upload mo na ang pics sa mga social meadia sites like fb insta or twiter you don't own them anymore you waive your rights to them... tama ba?
For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Facebook (IP License). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
"We appreciate your concern. Our license or sublicense does not affect ownership or copyright privileges for material on the site. Facebook uses user content in connection with various features and services on the site (for example, displaying it in profile pages, photo pages, news feeds and other messages to users' friends, etc.). Additionally, though it may not happen often, there are cases when law officers and judges issue subpoenas or other legal orders requiring us to provide certain information about specific users for use in court.Aside from such scenarios, however, we do not currently share any information with third parties except with the user's consent (for example, if a user elects to add a third party application), and we never sell your information to anyone."
