the best phone to buy is the phone that matches your budget

XPERIA V is the NEWER Arco S, the Arco S uses an S3 SoC while the V uses the newer S4 SoC and an LTE radio inside along with a bumped up 13mpxl cam

the only thing i hate about the V is the 4.3" screen in the world of 4.5" and up phones
