China has de facto control over Panatag Shoal

Di na nga ako makatulog dahil sa RA 10175 mas lalo akong nababagabag sa balitang ito


Long used as a shelter by Filipino fishermen but subject to conflicting claims by both the Philippines and China, the hotly disputed Panatag Shoal is now under the de facto control of China, according to a former Philippine senior foreign affairs official.

“Remember, China roped off the area and no fishermen and no vessels from the Philippines can go in,” said former foreign affairs undersecretary Lauro Baja Jr. He spoke Friday at a University of the Philippines forum. Baja also served as former Philippine Permanent Representative to the United Nations.

Chinese yata ang mga Aquino di ba? Kaya di nya inaasikaso ito dahil gagawing pagaari na ng China ang Pinas. Inuunti-unti na nila tayo at inumpisahan nila sa Panatag Shoal.

walang tayong magagawa kahit UNCLOS ayon sa isang UP LAW PROF regarding sa international law

kase para matawag na territory ng bansa ay may required na sukat na di umabot sa requirement ang panatag shoal

karamihan ata ayaw magpasakop sa china pero maging state ng US mas maraming pabor.

e ano naman ang kinaibahan nun? parehas lang naman tayong nasakop ng lagay na yun.



pinamigay na nga natin ang sabah sa malaysia na mayaman sa langis,

ngayon ang shoal naman sa china na mayaman din sa langis.

at sinamahan pa ng mga pulitikong mga buwaya...


hahaayyy! parang wala ng pagasa sa pinas...  >:( >:( >:(
