HELP: Need suggestions for a camera - budget 30k

Mga sir ano po masusuggest ninyo, ano ang magandang camera para sa budget na 30k. Naguguluhan ako kung mag compact camera po or entry level dslr.

Purpose: Project documentation (mostly sa field)

i would suggest one of the new mirror-less cams like the SAMSUNG NX series like the NX1000 i read is awrround $500-$600

Nikon D3200, basic kit with 18-55mm lens nasa 25-26k.. Yung D5100, basic kit din around 23k.. Yung sobra sa budget mo, ipambili mo na lang ng mas magandang lens..

Try ko yung d5100... ano mas maganda sir D5100 or d3200? ganda sana ng samsung android camera kaya lang me deadline ang pagpurchase sir..

Bro I'm selling my good as new Canon 550d kitlens with tripod worth 3k and authentic canon lens bag worth 5k with transcend class 10 16gb mmc!

two times ko lang nagamit since binili ko, trip to taiwan and boracay.

Di ko alam kung alin talaga mas maganda dyan.. Plano ko ding bumili ng isa dyan sa dalawang yan e.. ;D
Basta kung photos lang, superior ang D5100.. Pero kung may plano kang gamitin sya for video, sa D3200 ka.. Tsaka yung D5100 flippable ang LCD..
