Already unsubscribed after 6 months. Reached level 50 as a Sith Inquisitor and as a Bounty Hunter. The lack of things to do at end game bored me to tears. Raids weren't as engaging as, say, Serpentshrine Cavern or Karazhan way back in WoW Burning Crusade. Instances, even in highest difficulty, were a breeze for a regular group like ours that was running them every single day. Doing dailies became very monotonous. What finally made me to decide on canceling my subscription, however, is Bioware's E3 presentation which didn't promise anything major that would have made the game, or at least the end game, interesting enough to warrant the $15/month price tag.
Hope you'll have more fun with the game than I did, though.
