1. check your drive warranty kung pasok pa sa 5 years
2. register lang kayo sa rma section ng seagate website.
3. 2 options to send the drive...a) at your own freight choice(syempre ikaw bayad). b) dalhin nyo sa fritz logistics sa pascor drive...walang babayaran pamasahe lang...look for moises
4. tapos na...intay mo na lang ideliver sa iyo yung drive mo..

yung sa akin monday ko dinala sa fritz wed dumating na kapalit....ganun lang po iyun...

kaya kung covered pa ng 5 years yung drive nyo, ito na lang gawin nyo without the cost..
