Illegal loggers should be shot on site: DIGONG DUTERTE

If Vice Mayor Rodrigo Duterte has his way, illegal loggers should be shot on site if they are caught in the act.

He said even if seen in possession of chainsaws should be reason enough to crack down on these criminals.

Duterte said he is just waiting for a blanket authority from Malacañang to ensure the protection of the environment. Although he did not elaborate on what kind of strategy he would use to lessen the cutting of trees.

The flashfloods in Cagayan and Iligan was blamed to the cutting of trees in Lanao del Sur which prompted new Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao OIC governor Mujiv Hataman to call for an investigation with the specific instructions to release the results in two weeks.

The floods already cost the lives of more than 1,000 people and millions in damage to properties.

i concur w/ Sir Duterte here. its time narin talga na hinde lang talaga yung mga mababait at nasa lugar ang pinapatay, sympre dapat fair game.hihi =)

i agree! kamay na bakal na ang dapat pairalin dyan. masagasaan man kahit mga politikong corrupt, NPA or kahit Abu Sayaf pa.

wala tayo kahihinatnan kung puro lang pa-pogi speeches like yung ginagawa ni PENOY.

di na kasi biro yung mga namatay sa baha. ngayon kung humirit na naman ang CHR about human rights ng mga illegal loggers....eh paano naman po yung human rights ng mga namatay at naapektuhan dahil sa baha??

kumpleto tayo sa batas yun nga lang sablay na pagdating sa implementation or enforcement......daming padrino, under the table at mga palusot pag nagkahulihan.

kung di ka naman illegal logger eh bakit ka matatakot mabaril onsite.....  ;D

by the way i'm from lanao.. so alam ko kung ano ang galaw ng buginess na yan dito...

kailangan ng duterte type of administration cguro ...IRON HAND!!!!

TAMAAN na kung Sino Tamaan .... kahit si congressman...governor...hehehehe...
