yun ang kailangan nilang mapatunayan na iisa yung von fernandez at aries gapuz. pero once na may kaso na, pwede naman humingi ng court order para makuha yung IP sa mga ISP, unless prepaid gamit nya.

advice ko lang kay aries, kung di ikaw nag-upload wala ka dapat ikabahala kapag nakasuhan ka.

actually the law is very specific to what areas of the human anatomy and what degree of clothing coverage in section 3 d, e and f

and the law also specifies that subject has no consent for pics to be taken in section 4a eh nakapose pa sya sa mga pics so she knew her pics were being taken

 yes sir to the point na pumunta sila sa bahay namin at pinapadelete yung pictures kung hindi kakasuhan daw nila ako and the bad thing is pinost nila sa picture ko sa facebook that im a pervert daw. sila kaya kasuhan ko ng defamation??? pd kaya sir??? i told them im going to get help from the moderators beacuse in every forum moderators lang ang kaya magdelete ng mga posted pictures.. the pictures she posted it in her facebook account so dapat alam niya n ang facebook until now bagsak parin ang security.. alam mu nga lang e-mail password ng facebook user pwede na ireset ang password ng facebook..

yes viewed by her friends. pero... walang karapatan ang friends to re-broadcast the said images ng walang consent ng subject.

kagaya ko di ko naman sya friend at di ko kilala, pero dahil sa nire-broadcast ng grabber, nakita ko yung picture nya na dapat ay intended lang para sa mga friends nya. so naging public yng pictures nya.

tungkol naman sa sinabihan kang pervert ka, pwede mo rin sila kasuhan. di pa nila napapatunayan na ikaw nga ang nag-upload, nahusgahan ka na agad na pervert ka at ibinrodkast pa nila.

anyway nalalayo na tayo sa original purpose ng thread. Sana nga matulungan ka agad ng mga moderators.

sir Tob ang Broadcasting kasi can fall under numerous circumstances eh pero in relevance to RA9995 the pics must fall under the specific boundaries if being pics of sexual nature

if ang issue is broadcasting malamang magfall na yun sa Intellectual Property Rights law and not the Anti-Voyeurism law because said pics were made public via social network thus can no loner be considered Private, ang RA9995 kasi is the privacy protection of individuals within sexual situatiuons

RA9995 is very specific to what it covers kasi kung simply put "Broadcasting" edi napakaraming kaso ng ganyan ang naglipana kung hindi sya specific sa Sexual content of the media broadcasted
