libre ba gamitin steam

guys tanong ko lang kung libre gamitin steam,o me membership fee sya?at ang modes of payment paano if ever bibili ka ng game sakanya.and paano mo gagamitin yung game na binili mo sa kanya,kailangan ba lagai ka online para lang magamit yung games nya?o once ma bili mo sya pwede na offline?

libre steam games lang may bayad via Credit card sila sa payment ng games...pero nag sale din sila ng games minsan...

pero yung mismo steam accnt libre?o may fee rin yun?applicable ba credit card natin dito sa pinas?gaya ng metrobank o citi?

yep ako may steam account in prep for Dota 2 kasi malamang yung Dota 2 kailangan bilin, also any credit card accepted worldwide like metro or citi would work
