Competitive nasal cleansing is a sexy, sexy sport I was previously unaware of. There’s nothing quite as arousing as watching men in singlets squirt saline solution through their sinuses. But only one man’s nasal cavity was steadfast enough to earn the Golden Neti at the Aqua Maris World Championship.  Fedor Konyukkhov of Russia officially has the cleanest sinuses in the world. duh! I wasn't aware there's a sport like this
