I AM AN INC HATER! so beat me!
i understand your hatred and i do sympathize with your loss. doesn't mean na mga INC ang gumawa eh masasama na lahat ng INC po. i know it will be very hard on your part to realize that what the "few INC" did back then, is not, will never be a reflection of what the rest are capable of doing.
to further my explanation, we are all aware of the bad-eggs in the PNP. there are scalawags that do crimes while hiding behind their uniforms, even killing innocent people in the process. if we would "adopt" your "thinking", we would all be haters of the PNP. however, suffice to say that there are still those that are honest in their service to the people and country.
to actually prove my point, we also have a relative who was senselessly killed and yet we still believe in the justice system and dont generalize.
back to topic, i have some INC friends and i can vouch for their kindness. ang INC ay tulad din ng ibang relihiyon, o ng iba pang organisasyon, maraming klase ng personalidad at tao ang makikita mo. but in general ay mababait ang mga INC. i do have a close friend from Malabon na INC and masasabi ko na walang halong kaplastikan ang kaibigan ko na INC.
eventually, it is not religion that will decide who gets "saved" and who becomes a "good person". religion will be there to "guide" us but the ultimate decision - to chose between good or evil - will come from the person.
i am a catholic - since birth. i have gone thru all the usual service, choir, altar boy, etc. there are those that serve in the church - what they are doing inside and outside - that make me sick hence i distanced myself. i still go to church every sunday. i despise what i have witnessed people are doing, however it doesnt change a bit my belief in my religion.
as i always say when it comes to religion, respetuhan lng dapat. i have attended services by INC (kasal ng mga kaibigan at kakilala) and ang glaring difference ay yung discipline ng mga tao when inside their church - if only Catholics learn to behave (even dress properly) while hearing mass.
