Need Help... Trasfer music file to other device

Mga bro. help naman dyan kung meron kayong alam na application to transfer music file from old ipod to another ipod, using different PC or Laptop.. ang alam ko kasi hindi pwede i-connect ang ipod sa ibang Laptop to transfer music or video, unless ma-de-delete yung old file from ipod kapag nag sync.

Pwede kahit mga pictures and videos.Yan ang gamit ko pang back-up ng mga files sa ipod ko. Kelangan mo pa rin ang itunes para itransfer mga files mo from pc to ipod.
