HELP* how to upgrade/update IPod 16GB

guys..help naman, may 16gb akong Ipod touch.. magDL sana ako ng Application.. kaso may lumalabas na kelangan daw version 3.0 yung Ipod ko..

help naman po kung paano..at may bayad ba yun??

may 3.0 na ngayon na legit.

kapag naka auto-update yung itunes mo, mag p-prompt yan. update mo lang. hndi na kelangan mag back-up mau-update yan.

may mas newer version pa dyan, kaso yun yung cracks. ginagamit ng iba para makapag jailbreak.
