mga bossing nahire ako bilang area manager sa sales although may experience nako dati as an area manager medyo hindi nako updated sa ganitong trabaho ngayon hihingi sana ako ng kunting payo sa mga may experience dito salamat indeed

1 anong klaseng product ang pinapa sales mo services ba like insurance, manufacturing plant, HR pooling, mga grocery product ba, mga lupa or subdivision, mga kotse at  electronics, food industry ba
2. Ano ang status ng product sa area hahawakan mo, bago mo hawakan at ngayon hawak mo na yan ang pagbabasehan sa marketing Department
3. ANo status ng competitor nyo, malakas ba or even lang kayo gaano karami market share nila at sa inyo

after looking at what idiot was saying. then move to this.

1.current status of the company/product
2.what did the previous manager do? i.e action plans, employee relations, customer database (if applicable), project proposals. this would benefit you in a way to continue with what the other guy started (is it a a good solid plan? is it sustainable? if not then screw it create your own)
2.is there excisting data you can look at? i.e sales history, employee history, market trends etc.
3.what marketing strategy does the company/product have? (do they have one? your scewed if they dont have one because you have to create your own. tie up with marketing)

dont jump the gun and try to sell something you cant sell. believe the company/product first so you can make better decisions.
