This 2 sections are under Article II of 1987 Constitution, under State Principles
Section 14. The state recognizes the role of women in nation-building, and shall ensure the fundamental equality before the law of women and men.
Kinikilala ng estado ang mga babae sa lipunan, isa sa mga halimbawa nito ang pagkakataong bumoto ng mga babae. Alam naman natin noong unang panahon na hindi pwede bumoto ang mga kababaihan.

Equality. Pantay na pagtingin sa kababaihan. Current example is the project of MMDA to have lady bus drivers. Binibigyan ng estado ang kababaihan ng pantay na pagtingin sa trabaho. Why? In general kasi diba dapat lalaki lang ang driver pero dahil nakasaad sa constitution, hindi masama na pati babae ang maging driver ng bus. Meron na nga akong nakikitang mga lady conductors.
Section 15. The state shall protect and promote the right to health of the people and to instill health consciousness. This policy is further concertized under the provisions of sections 11 to 13 of Article XIII of the constitution...
To have a well lived community, dapat malusog ang sambayanan. Right to health, remember the campaign ads "Sa Makati, libre ang ospital sa mahihirap at libre ang gamot" In promoting the general welfare of the people, dapat malusog sila at malayo sa sakit. Like for example, yung sa DOH before New Year, nagbibigay sila ng babala sa mga tao na huwag na magpaputok para hindi maaksidente. Pagkakaroon ng mga health centers, libreng bakuna, etc.. are part of protecting and promoting right to health of the people.
