Q: Taxable po ba ang "commission"?

Sino po may nakaka-alam i.e Labor Code or what ever. Taxable ba talaga siya?

Another thing, allowances i.e transpo/meal/communication. HIndi kasama sa 13th month pay? hindi ba part nang salary yun?

Sa pagkakaalam ko sir taxable po ang commission 12% po ata sir ang tax nito. Ang allowance naman hindi sya taxable, hindi rin po kasama sa 13th month pay. Ang 13th month pay naman po ay ang basic pay nyo lang na hindi pa na deduct ang taxes. sana na ka tulong ito sa inyo sir.. toast::

hindi, part lang ng 13th month is basic salary. kung purely commission based ka hindi ka entitled sa 13th month pay (although may cases na entitled)

what do you mean taxable ang commission? para sa income tax? oo taxable siya since kasama pa rin yun sa pagcompute ng total income mo for the year

depende 'yan kung employee ka ba or hindi, tapos kung kumikita ka by commission lang, kung hindi ka employee tapos commission lang ang pinagkakakitaan mo, depende pa rin yan kapag more than 720,000 a year ang gross mo 15% ang tax mo kapag below naman 10% lang ang tax.

kung employee ka naman hindi part ng basic salary mo ang commission, although taxable talaga 'yan, magrequest ka na lang ng form 1600 or something sa employer mo para sa tax adjustments mo kasi baka may tax refunds ka pa.

ang allowances may bracket. hindi talaga taxable yan kapag within the bracket. ang 13th month pay as long as hindi lalagpas ng 30k ang basic mo walang tax yan.

sa amin (sales dept,multinational company) 30% ang tax namin sa commission monthly...
sa 13th month naman kung less than 30k ang sahod+ commission,hindi taxable. higher than 30k may tax na...

Samin sir pag lumagpas ng 30,000 ang commission namin saka lang taxable..

and yep! like mga sinabi ng ka spies natin, basic pay niyo lang iyon.. at hindi kasama allowance..

i asked my lawyer friend kng taxable ba ang mga commision at e2 ang sagot nya.

any income daw galing man sa legal o illegal ay taxable under sa phil law.
