isa po syang empleyado ng isang lending company, at naniningil ng pautang, initak ata sya or sinamurai nun taong may utang sa lending. nakaka awa po kasi sya. wala man lang tumulong para sya madala sa ospital andun lang un mga taong nanonood at may maririnig ka pang nagtatawanan sa background.

I think the voices on the background are those spoken in the Pangasinan dialect so the incident may have happened somewhere in Pangasinan.  If that is the case, is that a part of their cultural nuance and such incident really reinforces a cultural perception of such trait?  It must have been filmed using a phone with video capability so the cameraman could have even used his cellphone to make a distress call during those precious seconds.

Tao pa din yun...Tapos dinaanan lang ng 1 tricycle na parang walang tao na duguan dun at nagkakahiyaan pa kung sino bubuhat sa kanya... Wala silang awa sa tao... 'Kahit money lender employee siya ginagawa lang naman niya trabaho niya na mangolekta ng mga pera na hiniram sa kanila ng mga tao dun then tinaga pa'.
