after burning file on dvd, PC can not detect

pa help naman po mga co spies.. i usually transfer movies that i downloaded and transfer them onto a DVD disc. before there's nothing wrong naman but lately after burning my movies onto a DVD disk my PC can not read or detect the file that has been transferred anymore.. sometimes binabasa naman pero kadalasan hindi na.. i've been using NERO 8.. what seems to be to be the problem kaya? is it the software, my PC, the DVD disk itself? i hope someone could help.. thanks..

Pre paki-try muna yung DVD sa mga ibang PC para ma-isolate kung yung pag burn ang problema. Kung ok sya sa ibang PC baka yung player mo lang problema, madalas ipa-linis mo lang yan ok na.

Pag hindi ok sa ibang PC either yung DVD writer or yung software mo may problema. Bago ka magburn i-check mo yung option na "simulate files before burning" at "verify files after burning", kung may error makikita mo sa error message kung ano ang problema.

Naranasan k na rin ito pero sa ibang pc naman... sa pc ko ok ung binurn ko pero sa ibang pc ayaw mabasa ang solusyon burn mo lang ng 8x or less ang speed.. wag mong isasagad like 16X up...

yup. agree, burn the disc at a lower speed.

try to burn the disc using 4x speed only.. might be a little slower but its more reliable.

hi guys! thanks for the reply.. nasubukan ko na gamitin sa ibang pc yung na burn ko tapos na babasa naman.. siguro nga sa burner or software ko na yung may problema.. lately nag try ako mag burn ulit tapos pinalitan ko yung software. before NERO 8 ngayon NERO 9 lite na then biglang na babasa na sya ng pc ko.. and by the way i always burn using 4x speed.

hmm, panu ba maglinis ng burner? do i have to open it and clean it from the inside? really got no idea on how to do this.. thanks again for the replies. Ü
