Cherifer just helps your body to release hormones <<tama ba yung term? to make you grow, there are still a lot of factors that affect one's growth like... heredity.

gumamit ako nyan noong 3rd year high school hanggang 2nd year college ako kaso walang epekto, sayang lang ang 18pesos per capsule, lumakas lang ang appetite ko at tumaba ako. iba ang nahing resulta. sobrang lakas ko kumain ng kanin noon kaya itinigil ko.

napansin ko din, lumakas din ang lamon ko pero hindi ako tumangkad. sa iba lang ata to gumagana e.

Vitamins and supplements should always be secondary to a proper diet. Personally (unless you're lactose intolerant), I recommend milk or (if you love vegetables) malunggay.
