media problem Creative zen

mga bossing dito ko lng post to..hindi ko kasi alam saan..

need help lng Po sa creative zen ko...hindi ko ma reformat eh... laging media problem.

and pag update ko nman field..dko alam kong sa hardWare or software ang sira nito..

help pO bossing ... tnx ..... :)

have you tried other pc units in reformatting your zen?  malamang may virus yan which prevents in from being reformatted.  use several pcs with different anti-virus para malinisan muna zen mo.
