Party invitation
« on: September 21, 2009, 06:11:23 pm »
Kailangan ko nang input niyo. My mother
will be celebrating her 80th birthday.  My
sisters and I are planning a party for her
in Makati, a formal one and strictly for
adults.  If we place a small sentence on the
invitation, "strictly, an adult affair" would
people we invite understand it's for adults
only and no children are allowed.  I know it
goes against our Pinoy values, but in order 2 cut
costs and of course, buong family will be coming
in overseas, magastos na.  What should we do
to enforce this rule!!!

Ilagay mo lang sa invitations nyo na Strictly Formal and For Adults ang Affair nyo. It may come as rude as far as Filipino culture is considered but it would serve the purpose, hopefully.  Samahan mo na din ng RSVP.  ;)
