The fastest base WoW download I've seen is at:

If you're interested in playing on WoWfanatik Private Server, then please follow the guide below. Before you actually play on it, you may want some general information. You can find some general information from the link below.

Please use the following steps to get connected!
[First Step]
You WILL need to register an account on the WoWfanatik Server to login and start playing. To do this, please use the link below to register an account. All browsers work on our custom account registration system.

[Second Step]
As WoWfanatik is supported only on 1.12.1 Official World of Warcraft version. You will need to make sure you have this version to play on WoWfanatik. If you have a version greater than 1.12.1, you will completely need to reinstall World of Warcraft or install the patches
If you have a version less than 1.12.1, then you need to patch up to 1.12.1 by using the following steps:
1.) Go to your World of Warcraft directory. The default directory is (C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft), but you may have installed it in another directory depending on your preferences.
2.) You will then patch up to the patch called "1.12.1 Full" and then using the patch. You can find these downloads using the following links. Make sure you run them in the order they're listed!

5.) After you've updated to 1.12.1, you're done with this part!
[Third Step]
You're almost close to being connected to WoWfanatik now. In this step, you will need to download the WoWscape Server Browser, which will automatically modify your files to run WoWfanatik. You can download the
WoWscape Server Browser by using the following link.

If for some reason the official WoWscape Server Browser does not work for you, you may always manually modify your files to connect to WoWfanatik. To do this, please follow the following steps:
1.) Go to your World of Warcraft directory. The default directory is (C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft), but you may have installed it in another directory depending on your preferences.
2.) Open up the file named "realmlist.wtf" with any default text editor and replace the entire data in there with the following data:
CODEset realmlist 75.126.214.114
3.) Double click "WoW.exe" and start playing WoWfanatik!
