Hi guys, fellow Espiyas @_@ Good evening.

Help naman po. Anu po ba treatment para dito? Cold sores ata tawag eh, Yung may parang allergy sa labi tapos makati at tingly. Nag search ako sa net at wala daw cure dito at VIRUS ang dahilan T_T Contagious din at recurrent which is very nakaka inis T_T. I have these #^&*IO*&T* on my lips since i was young and almost yearly lumalabas sila then mawawala. Hinde ko alam kung laso ba tawag dito pero BANGUS ata sa kapampangan ata hehe. Dati wala ako paki and hinihintay ko lang sila mag dry at mawawla. Common daw ito pero help naman T_T remedies? treatment?

yun lang talaga eh pero based on research STRESS is the number 1 cause of recurrence and exacerbation of the herpes so lower you stress levels and try to avoid stressful situations, f your a smoker you have to quit as well

if that's viral /they called it herpes simplex or herpes labialis(if you tingling,itchy,at parang may mga maliit na papules or butlig sya)may mga antiviral creams n pwede m iapply po.at wag month po sya itouch kasi nga po kumakalat din @ contagious sya.in some cases it comes & goes according na din lalu na if mababa / weak ang resistensya mo po...so try month din wag magpa under stress & stay healthy po have a better resistance po...@dahil nakakahawa sya ingat na din po-care about your personal hygiene & iwas din na mahawa ka o makahawa ka:)
Treatable nmn sya,but as viral nga may tendency na umulet po sya ...(They call it Lovers disease too",) uyyyyyy joke)

i dont smoke. Stress? Iniisip ko din nga e kung paano ako na stress these past few days. Masaya naman ako, I just bought my new badminton racket and shoes kaya tuwang tuwa ako @_@. Kung physical stress naman, I dont over exercise naman. Sunday lang ako play. paminsan basketball pag umaga mga 30 mins lang and puro long shooting lang hehe. I get enough sleep naman. More than pa nga kasi batugan haha. Healthy naman ako and I eat lots of lots of fruits and veggies @_@

Iniisip ko siguro yung upcoming retake ko ng civil board exam. Pero kahit na T_T huhuhu

dami mo namang alam. O inaalam mo muna bago reply? hehe. Yun na nga po, naging conscious ako bigla nung nagbasa ako kanina. Dati kasi parang wala lang. Kami lang ng ate ko sa bahay nag kaka ganito lagi. Regularly every year. At least once and max thrice. Kabadtrip hehe. Stress siguro toh. Pessimist kasi ako kaya siguro Hinde naman mahina immune system ko. Natutulog pa ako ng walang damit kahit malamig na malamig haha. Halos hinde man ako nagkaka lagnat every year haiii

I don't know if meron dyan'betadine paint'solution sya maiaapply m sa cold sores month,it will dry real quick po.
Sipagan you na lng sya linisan po ng antiseptic like betadine po.

gf is currently sa manila. Ive have these before as i have said on my previous posts, eh ngaun kasi nasa bahay lang ako kaya super iritable ako unlike dati na nasa skul kaya hinde ko masyado pansin T_T pero pero pero kung tatagal pa sila gang saturday, papa check ko na hehe. thanks sa concern.
