Help: Connect my PC to my LED TV

How do I connect my PC to my LED TV so I can make it as a monitor? I have the Samsung LED TV Series 5 Full HD TV and nVidia GeForce GT 220.

DVI cable(needs AUX Audio Cable to TV) or HDMI(video and audio pass through)from your GT220

Thanks for all your help! I was actually connecting my HDMI cable earlier and nothing shows up on my LED TV. I checked the connection and it turns out that I was not able to connect the cable to the HDMI port properly..  laffman::
