A Tribute to a Friend
What joy I felt when you were born
I jumped with pride, I could have sworn.
For me you are a precious friend
My life with you I swore to spend.
Buddy, I’ve watched over you
With all your life, you guarded me, too
You were once here, and now you’re gone
HE took your life, it can’t be undone!
As I write this poem, I began to cry
Yes I’m crying! And I’m not shy!
Woe is me, woe is me
Oh Bugsy please come back to me!
~I’ll miss you Bugsy!
