from the picture you posted...
it seems you have a problem on dirt and dust... and has 90% chance na RAM yung problem since wala ka naman video card installed...
you may do the following: take the cover off, remove the RAM... then clean the pins of the RAM using an eraser... brush or better yet vacuum the RAM slots... put the RAM back make sure the RAM is in place and locked... then turn it on... if problem persist remove the RAM again then clean it then put it on the other slot. if the problem still persist try to find a spare RAM identical to your RAM then test it again... and if it runs you have a defective RAM... if not maybe just maybe you have a defective RAM slot... but sabi mo nga nagagamit naman sya... so i think its just dirt na dust lang yan...
note: make sure you unplug the CPU when removing any parts in the motherboard..
question? pag nag power on ka before at walang beep maayos or mabilis naman ba mag respond yung PC? like di ba na ha-hang?
