I think ang point ni TS is that obvious naman na pinagkikitaan lang ang espiya ng mga taong ito, to the point na parang Spam or Flooding ang ginagawa nila. Hindi na siya ginagawa in the spirit of sharing, or discussion.
Do they comply with the rules? Yes. But are the rules enough? In my opinion, tinatanong siguro ni TS kung bakit walang rules against these types of behaviors. Other forums have simple rules such as no promoting of other/certain sites na kitang kita na ginagawa ng ibang mga user dito (obvious dito, sa sig pa nakasulat), a list of approved file/image hosts only, or other general anti-flood/spam rules.
