This is a very great find!
I don't know if flipbooks are downloadable but if you have a screenshot app, you can take a screenshot of the whole page one by one per page, but not the whole book itself.

I just used the Developer Tools inside Chrome. Once you have the developer tools open, go to the network tab. Then reload the page, or press cmd+R or Ctrl+R for windows. You'll notice a lot of stuff will be populated in the list. Check for jpeg if you're looking for images. Then right click the image in the preview, and click save.

I attached some screenshots as an example. Goodluck! :)
