He could also mean HRMS which is why I asked him to define which system he was referring to. Iba kase yung HRIS sa HRMS. They are similar in most respects but they have obvious differences and capabilities.
And, by the way, your modules suggest that your system is HRMS, not HRIS.

Lol. Well nagpademo kami sa ofc before. Mga around 2M ata ang contract. Meron din yung medyo luma mga 500k naman. So ginawa namin nag in-house na lang. Hahaha.
