They should send his body to Mars and initiate Project Genesis, of course they should make sure that the protomatter is stable.

Its a little late but here's my tribute to the best all around underrated actor,I still remember watching him in "In Search Of",he made that show fascinating long before shows like that became pop culture status. This moving speech by Capt.Kirk would have been recreated on Leonard's funeral if only Willam made it.
