incognito mode lng ginamit ko para maka post sa espiya pero kund hindi incognito mode yung browser eh yan yung lumalabas..

most likely its with the IP you are using. dynamic IP? probably the same with another member before.

issue has been resolved with announcement that IP ban has been lifted
