Hope this is true and will be continued by the next administration...as per the link, it was already on the final stage of planning and discussion and will start resurrecting the project tentatively by 2nd qtr of 2015.
Can any fellow espiya confirm this...

don't know if somebody can confirm it but if this true then it would be wise to have the project classified so as not to let other countries know that we have this capability already...
