While the sexual harassment suit filed against him last year is still pending in court, actor Baron Geisler is again facing another controversy of the same nature.

This time, young actress Yasmien Kurdi of GMA accused the actor of having uttered malicious words to her in the course of their work together on a teleserye. The actress sought the assistance of the Phi-lippine National Police (PNP) when she filed sexual harassment charges against the actor.

Along with her legal representative, Kurdi arrived at the Women and Children’s Protection Division around 4:30 p.m. Monday to formally charge Geisler of acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation.

In her sworn statement, Kurdi claimed that while she was taking her break following a taping for a show, Geisler suddenly went inside her tent. The actor allegedly tried to hug and kiss her. She also accused him of voyeurism.

"Kelangan pong labanan ang ganitong pang-aabuso sa mga babae," she said. "Ayokong mangyari po ito sa ibang tao."

Just last year, Geisler was accused by the 21-year-old daughter of showbiz couple William Martinez and Yayo Aguila for the same act. Court records showed that Geisler allegedly sexually harrased their daughter while she was with her friends in a bar in Quezon City.

Meanwhile, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said yesterday that it is ready to provide security for actress Yasmien Kurdi in order to prevent fellow actor Baron Geisler from further harassing her. (With Aaron B. Recuenco)

The PNP, through Chief Superintendent Yolanda Tanigue, director of the PNP- Women and Children Protection Center, said it was willing to deploy policemen to sites where Kurdi and Geisler will be working as co-stars in a drama series.

yeah Baron is this DUMB to do it again while he still has a pending case, its good that Women's rights are being championed by Yasmien Kurdi with her AWSOME and HIGH FLYING career that seems to be on full throttle, no she doesnt need to stir things up so that people would start caring who she is because she so popular rightate a fuss specially with a guy who doesnt have a really good image right now

MANILA, Philippines - Kapuso star Yasmien Kurdi on Monday filed acts of lasciviousness complaint against actor Baron Geisler, who joined GMA Network recently.

Kurdi and her lawyer Ferdinand Topacio went to the Women and Children Protection Center of the Philippine National Police at Camp Crame in Quezon City past 4 p.m. on Monday to file the complaint.

Aside from the acts of lasciviousness case, Kurdi also filed a complaint of unjust vexation against Geisler.

Topacio said the two first met on May 19, but the alleged incident happened during a taping for a new GMA show last May 21.

The lawyer, however, declined to elaborate on the matter.

But a Philippine Entertainment Portal report said that Baron reportedly approached his co-star, Yasmien, and then, without warning touched the actress’ body.

PEP quoted an unidentified non-showbiz source as saying that Baron looked strange during the taping of GMA-7's upcoming primetime telenovela Suspetsa, directed by Mark Reyes.

The source said: “Una, nagla-laptop si Yas [Yasmien's nickname]. 'Tapos nakikitingin lang si Baron. 'Tapos kinalkal [ni Baron] gamit ni Yas. Noong nagpapahinga na si Yas sa tent niya para matulog, tinabihan bigla ni Baron. Niyakap siya. After no'n, while on take, dapat beso lang daw yung scene, pero tina-try siya halikan."

PEP added: “In a scene where Yasmien, who was wearing a dress, was supposed to go up a spiral staircase, Baron, according to the source, waited for Yasmien to go up "para silipan."

After the take, Baron, said the PEP source, masturbated in front of Yasmien.

Jennylyn Mercado, and Yasmien's personal Assistant (PA) reportedly saw the scene. The PA was able to record the incident with a cell phone camera, according to PEP.

PEP reported that Baron has apologized to Yasmien, claiming that he could not remember doing what he was supposed to have done.

Kurdi has not withdrawn her complaint.

Geisler's counsel Carlos Alentajan declined to comment because he has not yet received copies of the complaints.
