Photos reveal Mr. Bhatti bears a resemblance to Jackson's third child, Prince Michael II--often known as "Blanket."
Jackson is reported to have confessed to friends that Bhatti was the result of a one-night stand in 1984. Now Mr. Bhatti, who is Norwegian, is seeking a DNA to establish his parentage.
During his childhood, Mr. Bhatti lived at the Neverland Ranch and appeared in photos and videos with the world-famous singer. Mr. Bhatti was at Neverland when police investigated Jackson for alleged child abuse.
Bhatti said last year: "It was totally sick. It was the whole squad from Santa Barbara Police Department. We didn't know why they were there. Michael was not at home."
When Mr. Bhatti was born, it is understood Jackson dispatched two employees to Oslo, Norway, to help with his care. Mr. Bhatti moved to Neverland permanently in 1994. From 1996 he began appearing in public with his idol and even performing with him.
The family has since returned to Norway, where Mr. Bhatti is trying to establish himself as a rapper.
When Mr. Bhatti's mother's Pakistani husband Riz was contacted by reporters, he said: "I told my wife, 'Just wait until the press see this. It's not a small thing.""
