Sotto: RH bill anti-poor. your views?

mga kaespiya, this is the first time that i comment about RH bill issues.  I dont know how to react but eventually i find it contradicting.

i think RH bill is by choice and contraception is a choice for those who cannot afford it.

alisin lng nila un gamot..andaming pekeng gamot..madadale ang comunidad, pati anak nyo maabnormal..ok ang condom..
sana mas accessible sa mahihirap..i am pro RH, but anti contraception.

ewan ko nga kung pano nasabi ni sotto na anti poor eh the bill promotes choice nga eh. para may options ka para ang piliin mo eh yung kaya mong ma afford. AND may provision na mag allocate ang government ng funds for these para kung ano man ang choice ng mga tao, eh may pondo ang government para makapagprovide sa kanila

now, of course halos lahat naman ng mga batas maganda ang pagkasulat, its the implementation thats the problem

dun sa part ako nalilito kng bakit ito pinipigilan.  This is a law that a certain individual has a choice kng gusto nya sundin.  Ginagawa lng itong batas na ito para bigyan edukasyon at pag-iintindi ang mga walang alam sa family planning.  This law is to educate primarily.  Dahil pag edukado na ang tao, hindi na kailangan ang batas na to.  Nakaka-awa lng ang mga taong hindi matulungan.

to those against, why don't they state their issue one by one. to those for it, answer the stated issues to shut them up.

i think these people who are against it are just making noise for the 2013 elections..

the only thing i see in the RH bill being anti poor is that it has the potential to curb down rampant "no-future" pregnancy among the poor

para ano pa ang rh bill? para laanan ng malaking budget na nanakawin?

IMO, Gnawa ito para tulungan ang mga pamilya na walang kakayahang  bumili ng mga pills/condoms at bigyan edukasyon ang mga ito sa family planning.  Kung lahat tayu may kaalaman at may kakayahang bumili,  hindi na kailangan itong rh bill.

sa pagbabantay rin naman ng DOH at COA malalaman kng saan napupunta ang pera.   ang magandang gawin dito ay DOH na dapat mamamahala ng pera at hwag na ibigay sa congressman.

I'm Pro-RH bill but I'm against sa malaking budget ng RH bill prone sa corruption

maganda sana kung limited lang ang budget kase may mga munisipyo na walang kakayahan makapagbigay ng contraceptives

maganda din ma-implement ang sex education
1. may cases kami na yung wala pang penis wood carvings at vibrator  pinapasok nila sa darili yung condom eventually nabubuntis yung asawa tinatanong ulit namin saan nila pinasok sa darili ganun ka morbib ang pinoy tapos sisihin pa yung nagturo

Di afford ng mga mahihirap bumili ng contraceptives, at kadalasan yung mga hirap sa buhay sila pa yung maraming anak.. Kaya naging Anti-Poor dahil mababawasan ang mahihirap sa future generations.. Mababawasan din ang mga BOBOto sa mga katulad nila.. ;D
