permissions are still being granted. takes a lot of work because I have to go one-by-one, per level. in five minutes everything will be okay.

I suggest you create your blogs. NO FORUM RULES in blogs.

Is this permanent? most likely. I just have to create a custom theme/template because it looks generic, although it's cool to the eyes...
