One of the most significant celebrations in the country would be the date when we were declared free from the rule of the Spaniards after 300 years of colonization. It was on June 12, 1898 when General Emilio Aguinaldo together with other Filipino rebels proclaimed the country’s independence.

This historic event took place at the Aguinaldo Shrine in Kawit, Cavite where Republic of Cavite Restaurant got the inspiration of its architectural structure. Having the advocacy to promote the local market of the province, we give high regards to the celebration of our independence.

And if you want to make this holiday more special and significant experience the feel of Aguinaldo Shrine even if you’re in Trece Martires City.  Let’s travel back in time and feel freedom as you taste our all-Filipino menu.

We pay tribute to the first President of the Republic of the Philippines by naming some of our original dishes to him: Lihim ni Aguinaldo and Paborito ni Aguinaldo. Knowing that one of his favorite snacks is Turon, we have made a recipe that would make it more special. We bring new flavor into the classic Filipino favorite.

What could be the best way to celebrate this event than to bring your family and friends and let them feel Philippine historical event at its finest? Come and dine at Republic of Cavite Restaurant.
