It's good to know that she's acquiring a formal education. Regardless of whether or not CEU's alleged PSP population has given it an unsavory reputation (as Seigneur Kurabo mentioned), I still think it's good that they're not prejudiced against supposed demimondes who wish to better themselves. I just hope she's not simply going to use CEU as a field for sowing wild oats (so to speak).
I agree with Seigneur Typeone: a good driving school would help her too...or perhaps a simple reminder from more concerned and well-meaning friends not to get behind the wheel of a motor vehicle when she's inebriated. Sometimes I think her choice of companions might have something to do with her attitude. Of course, I could be wrong on that point.
