Solution for those having troubles extracting (getting CRC error)

Explanation: since the iso is contained in the rzr-prot.001 file, it doesn't extract properly if you use that file as the starting point; therefore, you need to extract the other files first so that 001 is the ending file. You can use WINRAR to extract the 7zip files.

Follow these instructions:

1. Double click on rzr-prot.002; it will give you a choice to "select program from a list"
2. Use WINRAR to open that file; you'll see rzr-prot.iso.
3. Extract that file to its own folder at another location.
4. Now you have the ISO; you can delete all the .001-.079 files.
5. Mount and install.

The file will extract on its own completely. I had the CRC failure problem too but my instructions solved the problem.

Gameplay: 9.0

Overall: 8.7

Pero PS3 counterpart niya binase ang grade ko kaya hindi ko masabi kung applicable din sa PC version. Aasa na lang ako na magkakaroon na naman ng Maxim giveaway ng Prototype.

katatapos ko lang download at nalaro ko na rin..

panalo! toast::  medyo nakakahilo nga lang sa umppisa pero pasanayan lang pati mapindot sa keyboard sa dami ng controls.. ;D

pero under observation pa sakin toh kasi marami akong nabasa na nakakaranas ng bug or crashes eh.. pero sakin so far wala pa naman ;D

Best action/adventure game ive played so far for the PC this Gen, even better than Devil May Cry 4 in my opinion.. di ko akalain to.. sa totoo lang.. first time akong natuwa ng ganito sa isang larong gawang america.. wowowee!!!



Gameplay: 9/10
Graphics: 7/10
Sound:7/10
Replayabilty:8/10
Story: 6.5/10

Overall:8/10

tae tlga kainis wala akong sounds.

nalalaro ko naman ng maayos kaso wala lng tlga ako sounds

na try ko na ung kung ano ano settings na sinasabi sa internet

naka xp sp2 ako

umm updated lahat ng drivers ko

R2.27 Hd sa realtek - for audio
tapos ung ATI video card ko 512 mb up to date naman june 2009 version driver

amp ano kea problema n2

@ sir Paprika, bakit po pag extract ko kulang ng isang file ung rzr-prot.009, chineck ko ung mga files na naextract un lang po ang kulang, panu ba ausin to paps?  finger4u

try ko ko hanapin tapos upload dito yung link ng torrent sa mininova na napagdownloadan ko.. kasi yung sa barkada ko iba naman problema.. bumabalik desktop kanya.. sa nabasa ko rin sa ibang forums dami daw problema pero so far sa akin okei naman.. although may isang beses na black out lang tapos restart.. pero isang beses lang yun din an naulit.. 2 beses na nga natapos ng utol ko eh

Actually nalaro ko na sya all high, 4x AA hanggang dun sa part na maging claws sa umpisa.. pagdating sa blade, slow motion na.. tapos pagdating sa cutscene, suuuppeerr baaagaaalll naaa.. :D
